Go back to the kid in you, be childlike.
All the thoughts, ideas, goals, decisions that arise in us that gives us excitement and content, just to be shot down by our following negative thoughts, doubts & fear of judgement.
The excitement is the kid in us thats never gone away, the following thoughts are the false thoughts and opinions we end up believing as we go through life.
We tend to think and care too much about views and opinions that are not ours.
We once had not as a kid.
